Description
A thoughtfully structured 4-week Nutrition & Mindset Programme, starting on Wednesday 14th January at 7.30pm (via Zoom) and continuing every Wednesday for four weeks.
This programme brings together:
- Gut-healing and hormone balancing nutrition, with our delicious, naturopathic meal plans.
- Behaviour-change coaching, designed to gently shift habits that tend to resurface over time.
As a Behaviour Change Coach working within the NHS, and a Nutritional Health Coach trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, I’ll be combining both areas of expertise to support you in creating sustainable, long-term change. This is the most important part of my role as a health coach and an area I thrive upon when working with clients.
