Welcome to Danielle Lawes Health and Wellbeing!
I am a qualified Health Coach and Nutritionist. I work with individuals and organisations to enhance women’s hormonal health and wellness.
People often consider health to be based on two factors, fitness and nutrition. This is a great place to start, however it’s just a tiny piece of the jigsaw puzzle.
Our career, relationships, spirituality, social life, community and environment play a huge part in reaching and maintaining our equilibrium. Taking time to look at each area and acknowledging how we genuinely feel will open our eyes and minds to positive change. Once we look beneath the surface and recognise self-limiting beliefs that often hold us hostage within our comfort zone, we can begin to close the gap between the life we’re living and the life we want to live. With my program, we’ll explore all of these areas together.
I offer individual and corporate coaching programs, combining nutritional therapy, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies to rebalance hormones, optimise overall health and well-being.
As a Health Coach:
- I examine your health history, carefully assessing your diet and lifestyle.
Combined with any blood test results, I form the basis of a dietary, lifestyle and supplement plan. - Working closely with a Gut Health practitioner, I delve into the link between the microbiome and emotional health to combat low mood, low energy, and hormone imbalances.
- I help you identify the triggers that lead to unhealthy choices, at odds with your desired goals and values.
- We will work together to alleviate peri/menopausal symptoms and optimise and improve your well-being.
Until recently, women have accepted that it’s ‘normal’ to suffer anxiety, unexplained weight gain, sleep deprivation, hot flushes, and exhaustion due to hormonal changes. However, these symptoms can be mitigated. Modern scientific research into female biology shows there is much we can do to naturally harness the power of our hormones by addressing the root cause.

I combine nutritional therapy, supplementation, lifestyle strategies and movement to nourish the body and mind throughout this journey. My commitment to my clients is to alleviate emotional stress, increase energy levels, improve sleep and promote an inner sense of self-worth and confidence.
I aim to keep women connected and supported through what can be a challenging period, ensuring a smoother transition into each stage of menopause.
