Danielle was recommended to me by a friend to help me with the debilitating PMT/PMDD I was experiencing, along with shifting the weight I had gained in recent months. I tried tackling this myself many times and had spoken with a GP who suggested antidepressants for the PMT. However, I didn’t feel this was the option for me and wanted to manage things more naturally but realised I lacked the knowledge and motivation to do this alone. When I heard about Danielle’s coaching program, I thought she could be the perfect person to help me. And I was right! In recent months I have been heard saying to friends and family that everybody needs a Danielle in their life! Danielle has helped me no end and I will be forever grateful for the advice and help she has given me on my journey. To be clear, Danielle does not recommend strict, fad diets and intensive exercise programs, which from my experience have never been sustainable for me personally.

After an initial in-depth exploratory session to find out my current symptoms and habits, Danielle started to ease me in gently to a new and very enjoyable way of eating, helped motivate me to increase my movement, in a gentle way as she knew intense exercise wasn’t something that came naturally to me. She also reviewed and tweaked the supplements I was taking and made recommendations for others that would benefit me further! She has also taught me some new amazing daily tips that have become a natural way of life for me and my family members, which I won’t mention here as I do not want to give all of her secrets away haha!
As a result of all of Danielle’s sound coaching and nutritional advice, my hormones are balanced and happy and I have also lost a stone in weight so far which has made me feel so much better. This really is life changing for me from how I felt prior to following Danielle’s coaching.
In addition to all of the above, Danielle also takes the time to offer support and advice on other areas that may benefit your journey including meal plans and prep and daily routines which have given me a fresh perspective and has helped me achieve my goals.
It has been a real pleasure working with Danielle to date, I have looked forward to and enjoyed our sessions, she is just lovely, personable, very attentive, understanding, supportive, has great energy, and we have shared lots of laughter too!
I will definitely be continuing with Danielle as her coaching really has been invaluable to me! Big love Danielle, you’re stuck with me now Xxx

I joined Danielle as a client last year to work towards a weight-loss goal for my wedding as well as improving my overall hormone health as I have PCOS & my symptoms have been out of control for the last few years! Weight gain & bad sleeping patterns where my main problems and I have seen significant changes with both of these things in short space of time.

I have been attending the Back to Basics workshops that Danielle hosts along with her team. These fun and informative workshops address the fundamentals of health and wellness such as hydration, sleep, digestion and movement, which have been very useful for helping me make positive changes in my life in all those areas.

I especially gained value from the sleep workshop. I learned more about relaxation, breathing techniques and the importance of early morning light exposure to set myself up well for the day and for a restful sleep the following night.
Danielle and her team bring a wealth of knowledge to help level up my wellness game, and I always come out learning something I didn’t know. I like that in the workshops, rather than just being lectured, Danielle warmly invites attendees to share their own experiences, practices, and tips and tricks, which makes for a very interactive and fun session. Despite her being the expert in the room, I’m impressed by Danielle’s humility and appetite to learn from all around her. I believe this will only serve to bolster her expertise and be of even more benefit to all who come to work with her.

I have been seeing Danielle bi-weekly since April. She has helped me so much with my addiction to diet coke. I was also going to bed late and not winding down for the evening which led to insomnia and exhaustion most days.

Danielle gave me a plan to gradually reduce the diet coke, advised me on the foods that were adding to my stress levels and introduced me to some great relaxation techniques to help me sleep better. She advised logging off earlier four nights per week, which gave me time to relax in the evening as well as join an evening Zumba class.
I followed the advice and now only have an occasional diet coke. I found it difficult at first but became aware of how it was affecting my sleep and energy levels throughout the day.
Thanks to Danielle I am now sleeping so much better and feel energised from my whole food diet to support my sleep, hormone levels and stress levels.
These are all the things that I never thought would be possible to change! Thank you, Danielle, for giving me more energy, helping me break my diet coke addiction and for giving me a good night’s sleep again.
